New answer. Your TV does have a place to attach an antenna. If you look at the back of your TV, the jack that is farthest to the left is a standard antenna connector that is labeled "UHF/VHF".

Nearly all resent vintage TV antennas will have a matching fitting that will screw or push on to this connector.

If you have some old antenna that was made to attach with 2 screws, then you will need a "75 ohm to 300 ohm" adapter. See page 11 in the manual for picture of this.

Your TV has an analog tuner only so you will need a digital converter box to receive broadcasts after 2/27/09. The two connectors that are farthest to the right on the back of the TV are video and audio in jacks. These will be the best place to attach the converter box.

It would help if you edited your question to include the brand/model of your TV, just in case it has an antenna/RF in/cable jack that you don't recognize.

If your TV really does not have a jack for an antenna, then it is a monitor (not really a TV).

There should be some audio-video jacks on the monitor for you to hook up an external TV tuner. You could hook up anything from an old VCR (with its own tuner) to the latest HD capable digital tuner.

in case you get a sturdy high quality television (Plasma or liquid crystal exhibit) then staring at a DVD would be super regardless in case you have cable or no longer. I even have heard rumors that sometime in the close to destiny they're removing "Air wave" television pronounces. they are going to be making use of those frequencies for police radios and different emergency purposes. returned, that replaced right into a rumor I heard to no longer some time past. i did no longer think of lots of it on the time by using fact i did no longer think of all and numerous actually used Antennas anymore.

If there is a jack to attach cable you just have to buy an adapterto go from the antena to the tv. It cost about 4 bucks.

You can buy an antennae with a cable end on it.You just plug it to the place you'd usually put the cable from the cable company.

Simple, go to Radio Shack and purchase an OUTDOOR antenna KIT....Comes with everything you need to mount an aerial outside and get the BEST signal you'll ever see....

Then, if necessary purchase an HD RECIEVER to get the HD signal into your TV set...
