My "boyfriend" is currently away at Fort Sill for basics. He should be graduating sometime by the end of this month. I had planned on attending his graduation but just recently he has told me that they put a limit on the number of people that can attend. He supposedly he already had to choose the family that had to stay back home. He said the limit is 8. When about a month ago he told me that he better see me there and that his mom would send me a copy of the information. I kind of have my doubts about him because I'm not sure if he's lying and if he is then why? But he's saying that I'll be able to come see him on weekends while he's in AIT..

I am currently assigned to a Basic Training Battalion at Ft. Jackson and I assure you there is no limit on guests for graduation here. In fact, the graduation is for the family and guests of the soldiers. We bend over backwards to accommodate the parents and loved ones who come to support their soldiers.

From what I know, there is no limit on how many people can attend. I know when my husband graduated there were like 8 of us there.

Maybe hes misunderstanding?

No. They are outdoors, with plenty of room for all.
