Since I am disabled I can say at least for me, let me do as much as I can, but when I say I need help, I really do need help. I know so many people abuse this and it causes the people who really do need help to suffer, but in the end this is the best way, if someone asks you for a little help, give a little, most of time it doesn't take much of your time or money and it makes someone's life just a little more tolerable.

i think, you can make one community which one is respect about elderly people, diable people & orphans. and which one is can help they.. in Indonesia i founded i community in my Church the name is YKPMI (Yayasan kasih Peduli Masyarakat Indonesia), they will protect and provider they needs. and will give they love & care.
i think you can do it like that if you have heart to serve in this case.

unfortunately, we are on our own in trying to help individually and these services provided by governmental bodies will only ever improve when one of them (government) is involved on a personal level...much as they did when Blairs had the baby: education spending increased by heaven alone only knows how much. (obviously knowing improvement would be well under way & well in place, by the time the Brat Sprat attended)
They are in it for their own good, no-one elses.
Apparently there is a good ''Dispatches'' documentry coming on I think its Monday, opening the British eyes to a bit of what theyr up to...I cant wait!!!!!!!!!!
