She was venting to me about her best guy friend. Ironically my girlfriends roomi is interested in the guy. But she's upset and crying to me on the phone and all mad about her guy friend not talking to her, texting her or asking her to hang out enough. I dont want to hear about it, what do I do?

Tell her you don't want to hear about it.
Tell her you don't like to hear gossip.
Tell her to handle the problem with him, as you have nothing to do with it.
If she still vents on you, politely excuse yourself and leave or hang up. Don't be rude, that isn't necessary, is it?

This question is better suited for the MOB, for the right price, he will dissappear and it will no longer be a concern.... Nah, im just kidding. Dont be afraid to tell her that you dont give a rats @$$ about her guy friend and that youre the only man she needs to be concerned about and leave it at that. It sounds to me like she has a vested interest in this guy.... Walk cautiously.

there is no easy way to handle something like that. But with my husband and i... he doesent like the fact that my best guy friend emails me and calls me any more than you like your girlfriend talking to a guy friend. fortionatly, my husband knows that that is all he is. just try telling her that you undarstand... even if you dont compleatly. tell her to call him and if he were any kind of a good friend... he wouldent do this to her. if he were any kind of a friend at all, he would tell her why he isent calling back. YOU my friend will be the better man for understanding... even when you dont want to.

I am assuming that you must be really jealous and that is why you don't want to hear about it. Tell her that you love her and you care about her. You understand that he is only her bestfriend even though it makes you feel uncomfortable. You prefer not to hear about it because it reminds you of how close she is with him.
