I shoot on a Competitive Long Range Rifle Team and I have (2) Bushmaster AR's, an A2 & an A4. They are incredibly accurate well made and totally reliable rifles. In 16+ years of Competetive shooting I have never had higher scores since I started shooting the Bushmaster rifles. I have already put over 8,000+ rounds thru my A2 with not one jamb or malfunction.I would choose Bushmaster over DPMS any time, anywhere, any day. Bushmaster is also the leading brand seen on the firing line at competetions, and NRA sanctioned 200,400 & 600 yard range matches. Doesn't get any better than that.......

We'll I have had my Bushmaster xm15 5.56 for a little over 2 years now and only had a failure to eject once and that was within the first 20 rounds. This weapon is wickedly accurate. I set up a few spray paint cans at 80 yards and shot the first one in one shot using a Bushnell Ar optics T reticle scope. I honestly would trust my life with this weapon. Also it did a stone dead drop on my first deer with this weapon using FMJ headshot..

Have you see the ones that S&W is currently manufacturing? I read some reports on them in gun magazines, and the reports are very favorable. They are very competitive in price, starting at about $900 +
