Honestly, you should go where most people will not go. A place with very few people but much beauty to it's surroundings.
Parties are everywhere. They never die. But wilderness changes constantly and in many places is non-existent.

I recommend Puerto Penasco, also known as Rocky Point, Mexico. It's about 60 miles over the border from Ajo, Arizona. It has beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and nicely kept accommodations near the ocean.
