Vegetables that are close to all fiber: Mustard Greens, Chicory, Endive

Wheat Bran

* ¼cup raw, 3 grams usable carb, 6 grams fiber

High Fiber Cereals

* Check the labels carefully, but a few high fiber cereals are also low or fairly low in carbohydrate. Examples: All Bran with Extra Fiber; Fiber One

Collard Greens

* 1 cup chopped, cooked, 4 grams usable carb, 5 grams fiber

Avocado, Hass

Starches...breads, pastas, potatoes. Also high sugar items like sodas, candy, chocolate, etc. Even some veggies are high in carbs like corn.

i like freshly squeezed juices e.g. mango with pineapple and mellon i admire yoghurts..with berries too!! yammy spectacular salads that r no longer dry yet also have a spectacular dressing produced from oil or something healthful my weak spot is cheese and truffles!! yet yeah italian cousine is between the terrific in the worldwide..u adult adult males rule it!! exceedingly with tiramisu =))

soft drinks, but if you want a healthy way to get carbs (like for energy), try cottage cheese with some fruit.
