Woman were created for man, Angels are all male, unless you can find ONE female angel in the bible. So if you ever call your woman a angel, you are really sexing up a male angel and comparing the angels to her.

kinda like looking at Gabreial and saying wow you are a beautiful as my woman....errr sounds funny to me...or using a male and saying your woman is as beautiful as a guy.

i don't have any scientific evidence, but for some reason, i believe that all angels are males.

God made something really new (and exciting) when He created women...

Galatians 3:28

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

The Bible does not necessarily support the gender of angels being male or female. Whenever gender is “assigned” to an angel in Scripture, it is male (Genesis 19:10,12; Revelation 7:2; 8:3; 10:7). This does not indicate that angels are male though. Matthew 22:30 is probably indicating that angels are “sexless.” If angels do not procreate, why would they need a gender? In a similar manner, God always refers to Himself in masculine language, although God is neither male nor female. He just uses masculine language because it more adequately describes who He is and what He does. If angels do have a gender, Scripture would indicate that they are predominately or universally male. It is more likely that angels are genderless, just as God is, and that masculine language is just used to describe them and their role in serving God.

The angels of God are those men and women having lived on the earth or will live on the earth. Such carry with them their gender they had in mortality. They simply will not procreate, but will serve God through the eternities.

Gender is a physical property and does not apply to spiritual beings (such as angels). However, as humans, it is easier for us to accept them if they are described on our terms.

Also, years ago, my mother was visited by an angel who stated that her name was Madelyn and appeared as a female entity.

The Bible never described angels by gender so we will never know until we pass away.

I think they're similar to God. as they're spirits, they have no genitals to speak of, yet they exhibit "human" characteristics.

of course, some angels have the ability to take on human form apparently. and of course, they most likely would prefer to take ona male form. if they took on a female form, it probably is out of God's will, not theirs (Nephilim vs duty).

Why would angels need a gender since they don't procreate? They are sons of God (no gender).
