If he is still bragging about something he did that was a year ago then he obviously has no life. You can ignore his bragging and let everyone know that he obviously has to invade someone's personal space and violate the law in order to satisfy his desires because a person like that is unable to find anyone that would be willing to take him seriously. You should talk to a school counselor about his sexual misconduct. That way he will be reprimanded and the proof is from his own mouth.
You need to deal, personally, with it by letting it go. I know that it sounds hard, but when it enters your mind, change your thought about yourself to sadness for him because unfortunately he has issues and you had to be the victim of his actions, but it still means that the fault is his and it is very sad that he has to live in his own world.

He apologized to you only because he thought there were going to be repercussions for his actions... Not because he thought there was anything seriously wrong with what he did OR because he truly felt bad about it. Time passed by and nothing was done. He feels that you won't do anything about it so he can say whatever he wants.

TThe first time it happened, it caught you off guard and you didn't know how to react. This time, tell someone. Talk to your parents AND the dean of the school. What HE did was shameful. There's nothing for you to be ashamed of. You did nothing wrong.

There are times in your life when you have to believe in yourself, stand up for yourself and take action even when you feel scared/embarrassed. This is one of them. Courage and strength grows with each action you take that affirms your self-worth. It doesn't grow overnight... This is one difficult situation but you can and will get through it.

Ask him to go steady or all the way, then when this coward chickens out tell the whole school hes never kissed a gurl before in his life that you offered and he ran away crying.

Then when you see him in the halls make kiss lips and say lover come mere you dint give me sugar today and laugh with 2 other gurls....

This guy is a jerk. Tell your parents about it this time. And this time, don't hold back, say "NO! We don't have a relationship and you keep your dirty hands off of me!!!!!" Anyway, the idea is to embarrass this fool. Do it in front of a crowd. Glare at him. Don't show tears here. Wait until you are away from everyone. If he approaches you again, go tell a teacher immediately. He could get expelled for his behavior.

The more you react to it, is basically a sign to the guy that did this to bring it up more so. Tell him off once again, and get to the guidance counselor at your school, or advisor. Either way tell an adult that way should he attempt something stupid, they can help you and are aware of the situation. Best of luck

You should have reported him at that time, you can still report him... I would if I were in your situation. That is sexual harrassment and he violated your rights as a human being. Tell your parents first, then have them go to the school with you to report him. I was in a situation like yours in high school, and I regret not doing anything about it... it is very difficult to cope with that kind of harrassment and makes you dread going to school everyday .
