I don't want a real tattoo, but i want to get my last name on my neck that'll only last for about 2 weeks. anyone know a type of place? no henna tattoo.s

Real tattoos don't last only two weeks. Your only choice is Henna or those 50 cent machine things that end up looking really crappy if you can find one.

Try out parlors that give henna tattoos. Though sometimes they last more than 2 weeks at least they wont last for more than 2 months (safe bet), depends on the type of ink they use. This is cool stuff specially if you want a different design every once in a while.
If you are in the Philippines you can try going to Puerto Gallera or Boracay where you can get henna tattoos at a very cheap price and they are everywhere. And, if you are just somewhere in Manila you can try Quezon city and some sidestreets.

You can try to find a place that does airbrush tattoos. They look really neat and last usually about a week depending on where you put it. If you do get an airbrush tattoo, you can make it last longer by dusting baby powder on it to absorb your body oils.

Airbrush kit. A lot of touristy towns have airbrush shops. Why not henna or India ink?

Get an artisic friend and give then a sharpie marker. Honestly. That will wear off after a few weeks. Why does someone need to know who you are from behind anyway?

henna is really your only choice, unless you can find an airbrush artist and don't bathe or sweat
