4 nuts on the rear universal push forward pull down & pull out>Best to have emegery brake on an in neutral takes the pressure off the trans>

I am curious as to why you want to change it. Is it damaged in some way ? Usually only the u joints go bad and they are replaceable. I would suggest you go to an auto supply and purchase a CHILTONS manual for your truck. The drive shaft is a pretty simple operation but can be damaged if not done correctly.
