I just want to let you know , I will be away for a few days

I am going to my dads for a surprise birthday party for him , and I have never been there before
I wasn't raised with my dad , although we kept in touch
so I am all excited , but going to miss you all for a few days

you realise people do care about you and worry if you are gone a few hours let alone 4 days lol
so it is nice to keep people informed
but I have to disagree with the one liners

I'm going to be gone for a bit, too - hubby and I are leaving for Mexico on Saturday morning early and won't be back until the next Thursday evening.
