Ok i was wandering can you get your cartiledge pierced with a gun but use a hoop tell me wat would be best for a cartieldge piercing

don't et it pierced with a gun - this can crack cartilage (nasty), and will take longer to heal, be generally more prone to infection etc
you can probably get a hoop put in straight away, but it's best to heal it with a straight post earring. urban legend also has it that if you get it done with a hoop, it heals slightly 'hoop' shaped, making it difficult to change it for post earrings later

Needle is best. Dont be a baby the pain is over so fast. Guns hurt the piercing and have been known to spread disease. Hoops are fine too

DO NOT get your cartilage done with a gun...this is very unsafe. The pressure of the gun can cause the back of your ear to volcano and get infected. Please go to a piercer and get it done. The will do it with a needle (less painful) and they will actually look for the veins in your ear so that they don't hit one because if a vein is hit then there is NO chances of the piercing healing and it could even damage your face. Please get it done by a body piercer

My sister did that. She said they used a needle. She also said you can like magically see it going in..Scary. She said you could almost scream but its not worth crying for. And guns are known for spreading diseases. Piercing places use needles now..and hoops will look good my sister has one..GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR PIERCING!
