Well it's not really good, you probably will not retain much of what you've read when you are nodding off. I'd just go to bed. Get a good nights rest and start early in the AM. Next time (even though it's not a good habit) if you must stay up to study or "cram" for a test or what ever drink a little coffee or an energy drink to help stay up. It's what I did to survive nursing school years ago.... Good Luck!! :)

it's better to study for 25 mintues and rest and study again. when you're tired, chances are you'll not learn anything. having more of a good thing is a bad thing.

not 'bad' but wasting your time, as your brain cannot retained as much when they're tired, many ppl has many strategy in doing things or study, you've to find one that suits you, normally a quiet, peaceful place would help, prepared mentally to study, try not to have too much distractions like having snacks or loud music, radios, tv, cellphones, chatty friends, etc, etc.....

If you are tired, your concentration isn't as good as when you are full of energy.
