i want to lose 10 pounds and start tomorrow. so please anyone please tell me what i should do, i was thinking of starving myself, but i want to do it in a healthy way?

enjoy life and food...in moderation


1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, vegies and fruits

2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks

3) drink plenty of water / green tea

4) Exercise - look at combining weights and cardio into your program. you can look at alternating upper and lower body exercises without rest, say bicep curls, then lunges , rest and repeat. With cardio, try sprinting 100m, jog 100m and repeat.

5) Have 5-6 healthy meals a day(1 plate portions) to keep your body satisfied

Try aerobic exercise. Try yard work. Push a mower instead of riding one. Dig a garden. Do some hoeing. Pull weeds. Trim trees. Basically work your muscles. Eat good foods. Don't starve yourself. Dance. Walk. Have fun. Play basketball. Just move and do something that will require effort. Have fun.

Jog for at lest 3 mins a day dring low fat milk do exersises and strech dont eat that much junk food or fast food

run!!!! and dont eat eat fatty foods. starving yourself will make you flabby and weak
