Whoa! for how long? too many Kraft dinner will make me sick. I eat home cooked meals three times a day for five days a week I only eat take out on weekends. Sorry but I don't eat frozen dinners or Kraft dinners its against my religion j/k but I really don't its sooo....not healthy for you. Plus its packed with fat calories and saturated fat too.

Comfort food is a beautiful thing. Well, I totally would eat mac & cheese every other night if I didn't think I would end up being superobese... lol...

I just tried the macaroni and cheese from Archer Farms, also known as the Target brand. It was FABULOUS. If you live near a Target, I highly recommend that you snag some. Delicious...

Hello:

I LOVE comfort foods including macaroni and cheese and if I could eat it everyday,I would,trust me. I really try to watch what I eat,but if I have had a bad day and I don't care about how many calories I consume,then yes,I will eat a nice big bowlful of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese,yummy! ;-)

I used to eat it like twice a week, but once a month or so is lots. There was a guy that lives near here that ate boxes and boxes of it, some kind of record and KD made a big deal about it, so along with many students (particularily Canadian ones) you are not alone.

Mainly michealinas for me! sometimes Expree rice from Rice a Roni, always Sausages Kebolas for me..
