every reality tv show has someone who works in pharmacuetical sales. what is that?

In general, they go to doctors to promote their products. If you have been to the doctor recently, you may have seen lots of things with drug ads on them - notepaper, posters, pens, stuffed animals, clocks, etc. These all come from the pharmaceutical sales people who try to convince the doctor to consider their drugs.
