Try growing up. No revenge will help. You have to change the way you behave. That means growing up. You are not responsible for whether or not those around you grow up. Try to interact with them as little as possible. Be the better man.
Try a blessing in return for a curse. In so doing you can heap coals of fire upon their heads. A soft answer turns away wrath. It is hard to fight genuine and appropriate love. The key words are genuine and appropriate.

I thought of a couple comebacks like "You know what they say about people with gay radar, don't you?" or "I've only got two words for you... and they ain't 'let's dance'" ... but, honestly, the best thing to do is give 'em the silent 'you're an idiot' look and then just walk away.

Best thing to do is consider the source. Don't stoop to their level. Smile and say nothing. Any comeback would make things worse.

If you are gay you could say "Awwww sweetie, don't be jealous. You can be like me too!" If you're not, then why are you worried about it? People say stupid stuff all the time and they can only hurt your feelings if you let them.
