...garnished for failure to pay student loans.

All victims are senators who voted for the "Dream Act" which gives in-state tuition to illegal aliens who only CLAIM they've been here since age 16. No proof is required.

The act passes, news stories show illegals laughing about faking the documents but the law protects them.

Defendant paid out-of-state tuition.

Illegals are getting Medicare and Medicaid but he earns "too much" and gets none.

He seeks assistance. Denied. Stalks and kills 28 senators who voted for the Dream Act.

If, by claiming temporary-insanity, he could walk free, how would you vote as a juror?

Good point. Unless they were all in the same place sort of taunting him by bragging, it would be preconceived.

The question is a sort of sounding exercise for the bounds of what the ancients called "natural law". Killing an innocent person is against natural law for its lack of reason and ramifications. I'm interested in how people stand on how much abandonment D.C. can get away with before it's just worse than reaction.

I would call this person a hero!

But let's not allow the situation become that hopeless!!

I hear what you are trying to say, though. I feel great pain and despair every time I see how much of the greatness about this country has been reduced to nothing by the invasion of these shameless illegals. It's even beyond painful to see the U.S. getting closer and closer to the third world countries that these lawless pirates came from.

28 victims is to many to make a claim of temporary insanity to be valid. Regardless of the situation named, that doesn't warrant murder. One must consider the events of the 1960's when such favoritism was given to blacks. Check your history of that time. White kids had a very hard time getting loans, while black students were given loans regardless of their financial history. What you put forward in your hypothesis has already happened once before.

I'd let him go. Just think illegal aliens can steal a Social Security number and use it. If you or I did that as a U.S. citizen, we would be thrown in prison. These illegals have to go.

This person I would find guilty. He committed murder for selfish reasons.

BUT....

If the person who killed the senators was military or even ex-military who had sworn to protect this country against enemies both foreign and domestic I would not find them guilty.
