100% whole wheat bread is best. It is so full of fiber. It has to say 100% whole wheat or it is not really whole wheat.

Wheat bread!! I used to think that the only bread I liked was white bread as well, until a nutritionist suggested Whitewheat by Natures Own, looks and taste like white bread, but still just as healthy. I would suggest any of Nature's Own brand of breads. I love their wheat breads as well. They have a variety of breads suited to meet whatever diet needs you have.

What I suggest is a Ezekiel Bread, located in the freezer section of your health food or grocery store. It is made with sprouted grains which are better for your health, and many times can be eaten even if your are gluten sensitive. Best of all they are high in fiber (4 or more grams of fiber per slice is med to high fiber).
