1st of all, immediately you have to approach police and make a report once you lost your passport, d police officer will issue you a piece of paper (report) which state that you have lost your passport. then using this paper to apply for a new passport in your embassy

once you have got your new passport, bring the police report and new passport to immigration office (HOME OFFICE) to replace your student visa!

in the experience that your unique passport had a scholar visa in it the homestead workplace would desire to have the capability to reissue the comparable, all you would be able to desire to do is provide the placement the place the visa replaced into issued, which Consulate, and that they'd desire to have the capability to locate the appliance.
