Milk and honey is in heaven, and upon the earth. Honey even "exists" in the following book. "And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey." Does this book remind you of another book, who they say is "sweet as honey", as in harmless? However, when you digest the meaning it is bitter, and poisonous.

Where does anything come from that is in heaven? God will create what ever is necessary for the saints in heaven. Jesus said, "I go to prepare a place for you, that where I am ye may be also. I think the key word is "prepare". Preparation indicates some planning and work. Can you imagine a place that is being prepared for us? God, who spoke the world into being, is preparing a place for us. Wow. It that not mind boggling.?
