my teeth hurts.. is my first pre molar on my left side on the top.. it feels like it has to come out.. but it isn't loose.. i already lost all my baby teeth. Whats going on? Should i go to the dentist..? or is this normal cuz i dont wanna spend money. i think i have cavities.. because i know what cavities feel like when i bite into something.. but this doesn't feel like a cavity.. is a lil painful..

Need to see your dentist might be trying to come in wrong pressing against your other teeth.
But until you can see your dentist try using Oral Jell to relieve the pain. If not that crush an aspirin up and use that.

I would go to a dentist immediatly! It may just be more than cavities - root canals. I would make an appointment ASAP.

U better see ur Dentist ..... it can be under tooth or a deep in gum infection ... u better go to dentist b4 it is too late..
