i have an hour 5:50 to 7:00ish give ME a routine i will try the best answer also i take my shower the night before no make-up takes me a while to get up i also need to eat a good healthy breakf.

Start off with some deep abdominal breathing for about 5 minutes. Then go into a wonderful yoga pose called Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar). It has 12 positions which flow one into the other. This website very clearly demonstrates each position for you. It shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes tops to do all 12 positions http://www.abc-of-yoga.com/yogapractice/sunsalutation.asp . This can also be a good stretching warm up for a brisk 15 to 20 morning walk. Come home. Eat your breakfast. I assume you have healthy options in mind for that and then start the rest of your day.
