An invoice from Ebay came to me. I'm not sure what I'm suppose to do because im new to ebay. It says that my balance is $-5.77. And it says that (No payment due). Does that really mean that no payment is due, And what does it mean if i'm in negative balance? Does that mean that that is the amount that I have to pay, OR does that mean that that's the credit that I have on Ebay?

Cause last month I got an invoice and it said that my balance is $6.50, and it said that $6.50 was due. I paid that money...

So my question is what does negative balance in ebay mean?

please answer thanks

A negative balance is a credit balance. Apparently you overpaid or they issued you a credit for something.

Please note, on eBay when ever you get a credit, the credit shows with (-) sign and if you have a positive balance (eBay wowing) you the money will also show with (-) sign. In your case the $5.77 is your money which you can request for refund or may like to use it for towards listing of item. If you request it for refund it takes 30 days via PayPal/Credit Card/Direct Pay. Via check 45 days. You can drop an email & request for the refund. For more details you can contact Live Help.

I am a regular ebay junkie...lol... Yes you have credit *money owing to you* This maybe a credit from them, or have you sold anything online? It maybe a payment from another ebay member.
