I hate to tell you this but you are screwed. Even if you are injured and need to change flights they will charge you big bucks. All of the discount ticket agencys have no mercy. I was injured in a motor bike accident in Thailand and wanted to change a flight to come home early and go to my own doctor. Travelocity said, "No problem Sir, That will be $250 for the flight change." the original ticket was $920. No F'n Mercy. and never again for me. I book all flights with the Airline and get better prices and better service with options to change if necessary. All the discount services are a ripoff!!

Since you went through priceline you have an agency tkt most airlines will not change it they will push you back to priceline. In my experience it is pretty much impossible to get a hold of any one there. To be honest I am not sure there are any travel agents that work there.

The original email you received should have the rules for the tkt or at least a summary. Since priceline sells allot of discounted fares it is more likely to be a no change fare.

Sorry to be the one to have to tell you this but, both priceline and cheap tickets and probably some other ones exist primarily to collect your personal information and sell it. cheap tickets is owned by cendant who also owns Budget rent a car who signed me for a $150 appliance warranty program. At the time I lived in an apartment and did not own any appliances.

To my knowledge Expedia and Travelocity are legit but just going through the airline or a real live travel agent is really a better bet. Good luck!
