my basement flooded so my floor is checkerd tile and really sticky becuz the people who used to live in the house before me glued the carpet t the floor so it is still hard to get the glue off so i would like to do this for my parents!!!

You cannot make them. You do go on their website and submit your application and present a good case in the hopes that they might choose you. Recognize this is a TV show so they are there to entertain as well as re-do and that they may have a back-log of a year or two.
