Here's what worked for me three years ago (we're married now). Firemen work very hard and at times don't get to leave while on a shift. Find out when he's on duty, and take him a hot meal. My husband said it made him want to marry me on the spot. When I took him dinner, he had been out all day and night without any food. All the guys dove in and ate it too and told him to marry me. I didn't even really know him at the time, but it worked. I guess it really is true that a way to a man's heart is through his stomach. lol.

Go to the fire station when he is on duty, introduce yourself, and ask him how you start a collection for the firemans benefit, or for the fireman of 911, that type thing. Ask him what drives him to do a thankless job that is underpaid and can be life threatening. That should open him up a bit, and you can judge his character from his attitude and responses to your questions. And likely you will be able to see any personal interest he has in you, as well.....at the very least he will know your name!

Really, you should bring some cookies or something to the fire house for all of them(really just to see him tho!!). You could always just tell him that you think he's hot and you wanna go out. That's prolly the best bet really!! Good Luck!!

Show up at a fire scene naked and once the fire in the building is out, walk up to him, tell him you have a burning desire for him and ask him if you can use his hose to put it out....!

have him come rescue you and fake like you are unconscious
then he will have to give you mouth to mouth <3
