how can i start the vehicle if i open the car with the key instead of using remote control..please help me out

Call the maker of the product. Don't disable it. I assume they bypassed the ignition.

Get out of the car. Lock the door with the key. Wait about 5 seconds. Unlock the door with the key and get in. Start the engine within 30 seconds. That procedure SHOULD work with most vehicles.

My limited experience makes me think you are screwed!!! But you may get lucky! From what I've read in my Pontiac GrandPrix manual, you probably just need to replace the battery in your key fob.
