Yes. Just eating those two types of foods will help a lot with loosing weight quickly. Remember... have healthy drinks with these healthy foods as well. Water is GREAT! Probably the most healthy drink out there.

a diet of only fruits and veggies would result in fat and muscle loss, proteins and fats are essential. when you lose muscle the metabolic rate slows so when normal eating habits return weight is easily gained back.

yes it will but it is not really safe for your body you lose alot of vitamins and proteins that you need
