hard work, planning, very good memory, fast learner, good retention, science, biology some chemistry, prepared to take the long view and put up with a lot of stress. this is pre grad. post grad, more of the same, as well as being treated like dirt by all around you and getting paid peanuts and having endless governemtn surveillance and being forced to continually reeducate yourself in crap you already know. become a specialist in something very obscure such as tropical skin diseases to avoid this trap.
