There will be no characteristical differences between a 13" and a 15" beagle-except for the height. You can expect the exact same thing from a 15" that you would expect from a 13". It's still the exact same breed. Just a different height. Of course every individual dog has a different personality. In general 13" beagles are fun, energetic, loving dogs. So are 15" beagles. Physically both varieties of beagle look the same. There behaviors and habits are the same too. There all just beagles in the end. Gotta love 'em :)

If they're both beagles, you'll get no changes other than the uniqueness of the individual dogs coming to the forefront.

Beagles are bred to be beagles, the breed is pretty standard.

None, 13" and 15" can both come from the same litter of pups. They are the same dog just two inches different in height.

uve had one dog for 40 years? um the difference will be 2 inches :)
