Cucumbers in Sour Cream

Peel the cuc and cut into thin rounds. Take some sour cream, some chopped parsley, add a little red wine vinegar and less sugar. Mix the dressing together and stir in the cucumber slices. I like raw onion, so I also put red onion half slices in mine. You could use green onion slices or chopped chives if you don't want the raw onion.

You can use cucumber slices on your eyes for cosmetic purposes. You can slice and dry in a food hydrator. They will have a sweet taste because of the concentrated sugar. You can pickle it with dill. You can slice it and use it in a relish tray. You can give it to someone who likes them. You can slice them thick and dip in your favorite dip as you work online. Leave the skin on them as the skin keeps you from getting flatulence(gas). You can freeze it and use it as an ice pak or eat it like ice cream when it thaws. You can save the seeds and dry them and replant them for a big harvest. I have a few more but I am getting tired so enjoy. (pray before you use them)
