I don't think they're manufactured anymore...
I used to set them up for granny's mostly....
MSN used to have the "internet in a box"
Not much to go on, but I wonder if the teacher was talking about the PRODUCERS of Web TV spots like you see on U-Tube....
You can always call your teacher and ask for another choice.
