If talking purely from a calorie level a glass of wine is best or even a liquor and soda. Just keep in mind the darker the liquor the more calories. I would stay away from liquers of any kind ie ameretto, baileys, grand marnier they tend to have a lot of sugar.
As for healthy wine again is high on that list. All those antioxidents. If you are drinking at a bar ceasars are your next best choice. At home stick to screwdrivers or cranberry and vodka. Just make sure the juice is not from concentrate.

I can't believe everyone keeps saying vodka. Bacardi Superior has zero carbs and zero trans fat. You mix that with a diet soda and you have yourself a tasty (almost) healthy drink. Understand that no alochol is healthy. Unless it's red wine. Even then it's limited to one glass pure day.

Just do a shot of the booze if you want a drink, and chase it with water. V8 or OJ would probably be the next best mixes. but you already have been drinking screwdrivers.

Lowest calorie drink would be to drink a spirit (vodka, gin, scotch, etc) straight or mixed with a diet soda.
Alcohol doesn't have fat, the mixers do (cream, coconut milk, etc.)

I vote for a bloody mary, too. Lots of vitamins and antioxidants in the tomato juice. Plus they give you celery or a pickle to munch on.

Vodka and diet coke.....rum has allot of calories.....vodka has less. A real good recipe for a white low fat Russian is ...vodka, skim milk and black coffee.
