I was wondering, are marines allowed to shave their legs at boot camp? I have hairy legs and i want to join the marines but think it will be embarrassing.

Believe me, if you enlist in the Marines, you won't have time at Boot Camp to be embarrassed. In fact, you may not have time to shave them anyway.
AND there are a lot more embarrassing things to worry about.

It really wouldn't fit my image of Marines to make fun of another Marine for having hairy legs. Even the females.
They might wonder about a guy that shaves his legs, though.

If you are concerned about shaving your legs then I might sugguest that you do not have the confidence to become a marine. Many a marine shave thier body hair for a variety of reasons and it aint nobodies business.

No you don't have to cut your hair, why would you want to anyways? but you do have to put it in a bun at times and the Marines don't give a rats *** what religion you are! you do whatever they tell you to do so that excuse "Im religious so I cant do anything on saturday or friday nights" won't cut it. "I do not sit with my legs crossed" tom boy or not you are a woman have some respect for yourself and close your freaking legs. lastly don't just join the Marines because you think that this is where all the "Tom-boys" go to, I'm not saying thats the reason you are but if it is don't join.

Why would a Marine shave his legs? That's not a masculine thing to do. I don't even think they let WMs Women Marines shave their legs.

no you can not shave your legs in boot camp. You could shave them once your in the fleet. Hairy legs is the least of your problems in boot camp

You won't have time to shave your legs at boot camp. Unless you're a girl, why would you want to anyway?

If you shave your legs, you will be transferred to the WM (Woman Marine) side of Bootcamp.

So many of you are completely sexist. If he wants to shave his legs, it doesn't mean he's a woman.
You probably won't want to spend your free time doing that, you will be too busy trying to rest or write letters to family and friends.
