I have read the back and it has like 20 prices . Anyone get one and know the answer .There isnt even a phone number to call .Thanks

The fine for all seatbelt tickets is the same: it's a $40 fine + a $50 surcharge - total $90. However, if you are a repeat seatbelt offender, I have seen judges raise the base fine up to the maximum which is $200.
Also, beware of points, the average seatbelt ticket doesn't carry points, just the ones issued for children, especially in the front seat or not in child safety seats. These are 3 points.
