I can't wait until (or for) the game to begin! = No puedo esperar hasta que no haya empezado el juego. (you use a double negative here, and the subjunctive case for "haya")
I am so excited to go! Estoy tan entusiasmada ir! (You could also say: "No veo la hora de ir para alla" = I can't wait to go there)
or I am excited. (by the way, never say "Estoy exitada". That means "I am sexually excited")
