Somehow I've gotten a lot of white rice.
What are some good ways to use it up?
Its plain white rice, not instant or minute.

White rice is yummy with teriyaki anything. You can also make rice curry, fried rice, or any number of things. Best thing is to go to a recipe website and look for some recipes. The ones I mentioned about are supereasy. Fried rice just requires a pan, vegetables, and eggs. Curried rice takes vegetables, currants (or plums as I couldn't find currants) and spices, plus you cook the rice with everything all ready mixed together. With fried rice, you want to use rice that was cooked the day before.

You can make Spanish rice, rice pudding, Ham fried rice, stuff bell peppers , cabbage rolls and porcupine balls just to name a few. Remember uncooked rice doesn't go bad very fast. Shove it in the back of your refrigerator it keeps a very long time.

My two cents:

-Chinese fried rice
-Cajun style gumbo
-Stuffed peppers with marinara sauce
-Rice casserole: Cooked white rice, grilled chicken (chopped), fresh English peas, heavy cream, butter, garlic, chopped frozen spinach (thawed, excess water squeezed from it), sea salt & fresh cracked pepper. Combine all ingredients place in oiled baking dish. Bake (covered) at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
