For those who have not understood this - smoke comes from fire - hell.
Heaven is non-smoking!

This is a habit yes, but it also points to a deeper issue.
There are three basic questions you need to ask yourself, to help resolve any addictions you may have. First, ask yourself, "how much do I love the Lord?" When you fall in love with Jesus, everything else should grow dim. Think about it this way, "every puff of smoke is an attack on your health and therefore your life, that God blessed you with.

The bible says do everything as if your were doing it for the Lord. Ask yourself this second question, "Would I smoke in front of Jesus if he were standing directly in front of me?"

Finally, ask yourself, "Do I have Jesus dwelling in my heart?" If you can truly say yes to this question, then there lies your answer. A deliberate attack on your health from smoking is an attack on the temple of the Lord and his dwelling place.

For further study please read the following scriptures:

1 Corinthians 3:16-17,19
16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

2 Corinthians 6:16
And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

"Think of smoking as an idol." We must never worship idols. Repent and Worship the Lord in Spirit and in Truth with your newman. This may take some time, thank God for his grace, and mercy. God loves you regardless, but "ah, do you love Him back?"

1 Corinthians 6:20
For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

Temptation comes to us all in so many forms. Don't let the oldman (carnal mind) and evil influences, overtake you.

"Remember what he gave up for you?"

Now here's a prayer for you dear ones. Lord please deliver anybody desiring to serve you, from his/her stronghold, in your Holy name Jesus. Amen.

Non-smoking

Actually, smoking defiles the body which is the temple of God. "If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are." 1 Corinthians 3:17; 6:19,20.

For "God is above all and through all and in you all." Ephesians 4:6. "In Him we live and move and have our being." Acts 17:28.

I smoked from the age of 14 until the age of 23. It was these verses that convinced me that I had to kik the habit for good. I tried and tried but to no avail until I realized that only God could help me. I prayed and believed He had already answered my prayer because it was not His will that I smoked. The urge to smoke left me completely! It's been many years since. I praise Him! If He did it for me, he will do it for you too! :)

Non-Smoking Please ! Jesus Is my Lord & Savior. But the Bible says that there will be some that get Into heaven and will have the smell of smoke upon them. Are you going to make Heaven by the skin of your teeth ?
