What does "Muela de cangrejo" means in English

Literally "molar of crab" or "crab's tooth" - can that be right ? It doesn't sound it.

(Muela is also the past tense of moler - to grind. But that doesn't fit this context. Ground crab would be molida de cangrejo, I think).
