My guess would be that he thinks she is attractive, and wants to get to know her. 45 year old women are generally more secure than younger women. They have their lives in order - maybe their kids are grown, or close to it. They know what they want, sexually. They can still be physically attractive, if they have kept themselves in shape. I don't see it as a guy preying on someone who is desperate!

May be she looks as hot as Demi. Why not, if both of them are in love? If I were 38 yr old, I won't go out with woman older than I am by 7 years unless I am desperate, or she looks very hot. Just my opinion.

Hi Um Why not. I've dated lots of older women. In fact most of the relationships I've had with younger women just never lasted long. In my opinion by the time you both have gotten to your thirties, a 5-10 year difference is not a huge deal. You both should have matured enough by now anyway, that it shouldn't be that big of a deal. Maybe he just finds you attractive and intelligent, and sees other things he finds attractive about you. Relax and just go for it.

Young women may be yuthful (dur) but they are indecisive and not career mind, they have no ambitions. I'm not saying all girls are, but most of the time it is difficult to find a 20 year old girl to be in a committed relationship. they are still figuring out what they want to do while the older guy wants to settle down. opposed to younger women, older women know what the yawant and knows what it takes to get there. they have experience.most of the time the mature women have a lot to offer. for instance, he may be inquisitive and the mature can provide wisdom and experience. she also may be beautiful and he connects with her metally and they can stimulate eachothers mind with good conversation.

I don't think there's anything to worry about. There's not much of a difference between 38 and 45, psychologically and emotionally speaking.

He may be attracted to her, It isn't not that much older than him anyway. Maybe he likes a mature person. If he was 28 I'd be wondering what you are. There is only one way to find out, If He is genuine or not and that's to date him.

age is a number.. but 45 year old women are a little easier to git wit.. and they are more experienced and less stuck up

Hmm... it could be a number of reasons... either he really likes her, or he's doing it for money or fooling around. But you take that risk no matter how old you are.
