I always go to trade shows to accomplish that so I would pick (C) as best. They are the place where vendors who want to show off their best new ideas bring them out before a crowd of people who are their future customers.

As far as the other choices:
TV talk shows only drain your brain.
I don't even know what "general requirements" is about.
Museums tend to be way behind in technology.

I choose C) because trade shows are all about the latest in whatever the show is about: gifts, computers, knitwear, boats, automobiles....

forgive me but B) seems lacking a verb
A) generally not about technology
D) museums are halls of history
