Yes. God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit have been documented to be (or can be) "grieved". The heart of God is saddened by unbelief and separation from His creation.

God - Genesis 6:6
Jesus - John 11:35
Holy Spirit - Ephesians 4:30

Matthew 23:37
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
KJV
Wouldn't you feel sad if you watched your children act the way we act everyday. So does God! He is OUR FATHER and we are his children.
The other day I was thinking how can people deny Christ and believe Christianity is just a made up story. It is far too complex to have been a made up story that has lasted over 2000 years. Unless of course, it's a true story.
I'm waiting for God to gather me up under his wings like one of his chicks.

Yes. He feels the pain and hurt that others put on His children. He feels our sorrow and sadness, our joy and happiness. He gets sad when people reject Him. He gets sad when He has to send one to hell for not believing in Him. That is one thing that should make all His children sad. It says in His word that He has to make hell bigger on a daily basis because of all the sinners going there on a daily basis. That, I believe is what makes Him the saddest of all, because He made mankind to be His children and not followers of Satan.

The sinfulness of man kind breaks God's heart. If we could feel just a fraction of the sorrow that God feels for those who are lost in their disbelief, it would be so devastating that we would die from the pain. God does not want anyone to go to hell, but if they continue to reject Him, he has no choice but to send them there; because if He was to allow them into heaven with all their sin and hardness of heart, heaven would become just as cruel as the world we live in today. †

Yes
Jesus said if we "saw him" we saw the Father. Jesus Wept, over Jeruselum, and a few other times as well. The holy spirit gets "grieved" that is a version of sad and that is the spirit of God.

Yes I do believe that he gets sad, angry, happy and the like. He rejoices when the lost are found and return to him, he is sad when he sees the way people treat each other or claim that they do not believe in him.
