MBS, it's like this:
Half of hell wails for 5 minutes, the other half gnashes teeth.. then the bell rings (the bell tolls for thee), and they switch!

The dictionary defines wail as - A long, loud, high-pitched cry, as of grief or pain. I don't know about anyone else, but I can make a long, loud cry without my mouth open (I did it when I crushed a finger in a metal garage door once!)
The word wailing is used in conjunction with gnashing twice in the bible, both in Matthew chapter 13. The rest of the times the word gnashing is used, the word weeping is with it. Regardless of which word combination, the same result is obtained: endless pain and misery.

Once you've gnashed your teeth for a while, they really hurt. That's when you start wailing. Then you run out of breath, and start gnashing your teeth again. It's a vicious cycle.

Not all the time. I had a kid bite me one time and I believe he was wailing something at the same time. The bite was so hard I could have drug him around the room on a smooth floor...kinda like one does with a new puppy and a mop.
And people wonder why I don't worry about hell. Hell LOL.

It's easy if you wear dentures. You just take them out and make like you're playing castanets. Also, having a toothless mouth produces a better sounding wail.

No, you don't have to open your jaw to wail. It just makes an "RRRRRRRRRRRR" sound rather than "AHHHHHHHHHHH".
Same effect, really. =0)
Edit: Have you been talking to David Israel?
Edit: email...
