You wander around the campus of CU-Boulder, and you see plenty of 4.0 GPA kids with baggy pants. But then again, those are upper-middle-class suburban kids.
The US Supreme Court long ago said you can't have arbitrary "suspicious characters" so if you ban what most kids wear, police and arbitrarily harass passers by under the pretext of literally being fashion police.
I think it's a dopey look, but whatever.

Baggy Pants in a professional or educational atmosphere-Nope!
I am a woman and I don't wear clothes that reveal by body just because I have one when I am out in public.
When I was in high school they banned short shorts at my school...I didn't complain..whats the big deal? Where is at home. So what!
But thats my opinion anyways.

I hate saggy pants!!!
I am old so it is understandable, I guess, that I would hate them.
I would never outlaw them. That is totally ridiculous. Could it be racist too?
I am constantly telling my 14 year old to pull up his pants. He doesn't, of course. LOL!
