check to make sure you have the right wires hooked up to the right plugs. either check the gaps or buy pre gapped plugs (Bosch). your wire may just be bad or you have dust or liquid inside your the holes. thats basically it. my brother had the same problem. he got water on the wires and it leaked into the plugs.

the Plug Boot is pushed down Tight.

Some times the EGR valve gets carbon under it's seat and the engine idles like crud. Just tapping on the egr valve with a hammer will crunch up the carbon and the engine will smooth out like before. Turning out the spark plug breaks off carbon that travels thru the exhaust right to the EGR valve sometimes makes your engine loose vacuum and idle badly.

Sounds like you may have mixed up a couple of wires. Very easy to do if you are in too big of a rush. If you have a Haynes or a Chilton's manual, I would use one of those to check if you mixed up a couple of the wires.

Make sure connection is tight between spark plug, wire, and cap. These should click in place.
