flowers spec... express their sadess and sorrow.
what the words should be..i guessed spectaculairly, spectacuall, specially...i give up!help!

(It doesn't only mean precisely, although even if it did that wouldn't be logically wrong--I meant that certain specific flowers express certain specific emotions.)

You do need an adverb. Spectacularly isn't exactly wrong, just odd (it usually refers to a show, not just an object). It could be speciously, meaning misleadingly. So you'd expect flowers to express happiness but they speciously express sadness. Who knows?

It could be: Spectacularly; meaning remarkably, impressively.
or it could be Speck; meaning small spot, tiny piece of dirt, in case it was: Flowers' speck .......

But the first assumption is much more acceptable(I think)

It couln't be specifically as the GODESS said, because it means precisely and if so, the sentence would be wrong(logically).Also specially is not agood choice.
