Unfortunately, a lot of people beleive this. That, or it was the CIA. Some say it was the Communists who knew that our promiscuous society would kill itself with a lethal VD. Others that it was the punishment of God on gays.
Personally, I think AIDS is just a disease that has been around for centuries. The only reason we started hearing about it more starting around the 1980s is that people would often die of something else before AIDS killed them. Kind of like prostrate cancer. Most men get it, but we usually die of something else well before it kills us.

Some theorists say that Hilary Koprowski accidentally "invented" it while he was researching a vaccine for Polio and others say contact with Chimps.. never heard Reagan's involvement

First, why is this not in the Politics section?
Second, Ronald Reagan was in office only when the disease became known (and then it was called HTLV-III). It was in existence even while Carter was in office.
Only the lowest of the Kool-Aid drinkers would believe otherwise.

This disease has been around for a long long time, it was passed down from monkeys, a human got attacked swapped blood and passed it on from their. I don't think ronald reagon would travel to africa and set off the chain of events causing a world wide pandemic

Well, that's just stupid! AIDS wasn't invented by man, and it knows no racial boundaries. It's a disease that developed! And the Democrats certainly can't stop it. The only thing that can is medical research.
