Most piercers will use your own jewellery provided it has been throughly sterilized..most also charge an extra fee on top of the piercing fee itself.

What are you allergic to in the surgical stainless steel? That is quite rare. I am allergic to nickel but it is not an additive in that metal.

try a titanium belly ring. Most peircers should carry them. It's hypoallergenic and contains no nickle, the common metal that causes allergic reactions. Stainless steel is also another option.

Only if it is designed to pierce. But you'd have to ask anyway because they'd have to autoclave it and I'm not sure about gold in autoclaves....not my forte.
